If there is one thing I love about Second Life, it is dresses and ballrooms. For some reason I just enjoy the glamour and the elegance that those offer. I can't stop thinking about puppies today. A coworker of mine had two female 8 week old pitty pups dropped off at his house (without permission). Of course he knows that I love his year old pitbull already, so he asked me to take them, but I can't because of my living situation. Kills me inside, but its for the best I guess. I remember the days where if your mother or father bought you the latest CD that came out, you were the new hot stuff. I'd like to bring up a topic that my fiance and I have talked about extensively. Spotify vs. Apple. I understand that Spotify is the go to place for songs if someone has a vast array of music love (plus a really good place to get bio's from on your favorite artists), but I am more of an Apple girl. Alas though, Apple has me at a stand still with their upcoming way of listening to ALL of their music unlimited for so much a month as well. Where I stand on this, is that I buy the music that I listen too. I used to rip music when I was young (who didn't), but now I just listen to the better quality music and know that I am supporting the artist. Plus, Apple isn't going anywhere, so this way I am assured that my songs are there permanently. Last but not least, my reason for not using either of the 'free' listening companies is because when I buy my music, I listen too it... A LOT. Not even joking on that one. I feel like a sleep zombie today, I didn't sleep very well and lets just say that I am a tad bit cranky. Simply put, a woman needs her damn sleep. This picture does depict what I love to do in my spare time. I love to read, I used to have plenty of time to read when I didn't have to work or go to school (in between semesters). Thanks to Lamu Fashion, I was able to feel like a true queen while organizing my stack of books. When I was younger (and still kind of do) I used to make a big deal out of organizing my books in my 'library' and making sure that I loved my books and keep them in good shape. I wish I had a horse to cuddle with right now. I once was able to ride horses with a friend in high school who used to take me to her horse ranch. Then of course friends in high school that are 'friends', they ditch you so I wasn't allowed back on the premises. Crossing my fingers that I get this job! One of the jobs that I have applied for has a open interview every Saturday so I'm crossing my fingers! For all my Texans out there... anyone excited about the really incredibly satanic weather?!? I am less than amused needless to say.
