The Rosy Side of Things

Today I am coming up on the fourth day of recovery, now I have a few rules when it comes to recovering from surgery.... well they are more like guidelines, but what the heck. First and foremost... have a pain and bathroom management strategy. There has to be someone there to help you get both things done for at least two days or maybe three depending how messed up you are. Second, Food. Needs to happen. But if my readers are like me, I have absolutely no energy what so ever to get up, make food (in my case right now blend food) and insert into mouth. Last but not least, glorious sleep. Let it happen. What ever needs to happen afterwards won't matter until you are lucid enough after your nap. Plus, the body needs the time from sleep to help you recover just a tad bit faster. If it's not one thing, it is most certainly the other. I am currently sick with yet another sinus infection, so not only do I have allergies and my period to worry about, lets tag on a sinus infection. That would be my reason behind my forgetting to post yesterday for those readers that absolutely live for my posts (Kelpie). Please believe me when I say that these posts will live up to my standards soon enough as soon as I can get healthy again (about 4 days or so). Thanksgiving, a time for stuffing ones self and giving thanks for everything that has happened in your life, even the good and the bad. I'm going to keep this blog post short today, I've got to get packing for yet another cross country road trip for Thanksgiving. I am excited, yet not so excited to be driving half way in my own car, then the rest in a U-Haul. At least, my boyfriend and I are going to fly back. Today I will first start off with Something New! Woo! Starting off today with a bang guys! My pilates workouts are paying off this early on and I have lost four pounds (this may not seem like much, but any weight loss is welcome to me)! I have been looking forward to workout with Blogilates trainer Cassey Ho (even though I can't do some of them properly yet, still have to try them), who makes working out seem like its just something we do for fun.
